Cancellation and Changes
Tickets and/or other Travel Products purchased through Group Desk agents are heavily discounted and thus are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If fare rules allow, cancellations and/or changes are permitted up to 48 hours before departure. There will be a minimum of $350.00 per Passenger processing fee in addition to any fare difference and any applicable fees/penalties charged by the Supplier and/or recalled by the Supplier. Fees vary depending on the specific fare rules. NO SHOW ticket(s) have no value and will not be processed for a refund and/or exchange. Cancellation of reservation does not automatically initiate a refund or guarantee credit.
